I agree, even though it will not affect anything you do, seeing those stack traces is somewhat anoying.

Here is how I fixed it

in AOP_DEPLOER/META-INF/jboss-service.xml I've made the following change:

  | . . . .
  |  <attribute name="Exclude">org.jboss.,org.apache.catalina.core.StandardServer,
  |                                 org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext,
  |                                 
  | </attribute>
  | . . .
  |
