I have deleted mysql-ds.xml in ./deploy/jms and error has gone away. I was prompted to do that by another error message below  the one you describe that complained about double datasource binding. Since we now use mysql not only for jms and mysql-ds.xml is right in the deploy directory the one in jms is redundant.
