Seam is moving so fast that books will become outdated quickly.  The manual is quite good and there are plenty of examples provided.

This forum is the perfect substitute to the manual and examples.

I prefer cutting edge software and the problems and advantages it brings to older products that have many published books and are not advancing anymore.
