Kabir,
1) "doesn't work" - it was a silly mistake that i didn't modify the jboss-aop.xml accordingly. Sorry for taking your time on that.

2) "injboss" - i looked the packaging and the chapter #10 of the AOP framework doc where in i looked at the setup for JBoss4.x and JDK 5 loadtime trasformations. In the Jboss 4.0.4 GA i modified the jboss-service.xml and the batch file(run.bat in the bin) and it worked.
I used the "EAR containing .aop file" section in the documentation of injboss example.

Just thought it might help others, the injboss example that we are talking about is in the standalone download of JBoss AOP.
