finally I have found the solution
*CollectionSecondPass*.class have two versions 
one in lib\hibernate-all.jar another in seam-gen\lib\hibarnate.jar
I have renamed (temp) lib\hibernate-all.jar to hibernate-all.jar.x then it has worked fine
