I have the same problem and adding the lines: 
WSTOOLS_CLASSPATH="$WSTOOLS_CLASSPATH:$JBOSS_HOME/client/jboss-jaxrpc.jar"
  | WSTOOLS_CLASSPATH="$WSTOOLS_CLASSPATH:$JBOSS_HOME/client/wsdl4.jar"
to the wstools.sh file didn't solve the problem :(
any other ideas? Thank you
