Yes, but you didn't state that until now.

what version of JBossMessaging you're using?

JBoss Messaging 1.4 SP1 doesn't support JBoss AS 4.0.5. (you would need to use that in your own risk).


I would recommend you to try the latest one on JBAS 4.2, and configure your paging properties accordingly.
