2.0.0.CR1 will be released in the next week or two (5 bugs to close).  2.0.0.GA is currently has no release date (watch JIRA's roadmap)

4.2 series (i.e. any releases, current 4.2.0.GA and 4.2.1.GA).  I think we will be working on 5.0.0.BETA compatibility between CR1 and 2.0.0.GA.

But if by support you mean Red Hat subscription based support, you'll need to speak to Sales/support to find out what the support matrix is.
