Well, I solved the problem.

The solution was easy; simply add the dateformat:
dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm

and a past date with the our that you want on initialstartdate
04/06/2008 11:30

When the server (Jboss) restarts, it starts to shodule at the next hour of the next day automatically
