Opppssss!!!!!!!!! My problem solved.
I replaced 4.0.2GA lib/endorsed xml-apis.jar with the 4.0.4GA lib/endorsed/xml-apis.jar. And now console is running smoothly.

It seems that API has changed for higher version.
