[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - DASHBOARD

I have few question regarding dashboard.
jboss server 4.2.2
jbossportal 2.7.0

I have created 50 user i have to transfer all the user to their dashboard.

1) Is it possible to configure the user dashboard in admin side.

2) If admin Add one portlet in dashboard , it should be visible in all user dashboard.I s it possible?

3) guide me to create dashboard for users
