Sounds like a bug.
So you just have some JavaBean like:
...
  | @Name("somename")
  | public class SomeClass {...}
  | 
And CA for #{somename...} doesn't work, correct?
Which version of JBoss Tools do you use?
Did you try clean/build on your project?
