I tried with the below JVM Settings :
set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Xms1024m –Xmx1024m –XX:NewSize=300M –XX:MaxNewSize=300M –XX:SurvivorRatio=32 –XX:+UseTLAB –XX:TLABSize=64K

But this settings didn't work well for me.
With this setting, I observed that the response time is increased even more.
