I'll repeat an earlier observation:

I suspect you read a post somewhere that you need to set -Xrs to prevent JBoss AS from responding to signals and shutting down. However, you set JAVA_OPTS improperly, overwriting the heap sizes and other settings that were made in run.conf.bat.
