For x86_64 it could be easy to fix, because this folder is empty. But I'm not sure about other platforms they all have content in plug-in folder. It could be simple trick with moziila configuration, like changing default path to plug-ins, but I'm not sure.
 
So for x86_64 you need to alter archive and remove plug-in folder from xulrunner jar for x86_64.
