This error marker is genareted by JavaScript Syntax Validator (Eclipse WTP). You can try to disable it via Project->Properties->Validation->JavaScript Syntax Validator.
JBoss Tools doesn't add such markers and doesn't validate JavaScript at all. If this desn't help then please report this issue to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/
