Also refactoring  some resources can be a reason of calling validation process. The validation speed has been improved(see  https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7021 https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7021), so could you try latest tools and check if you problem still reproducible?
