I run JBoss 4.2.1 and I want to deploy an app , but I get this

jboss.j2ee:module="ipc-server-2.16.00.jar",service=EjbModule
--- MBEANS THAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM ---
ObjectName: jboss.j2ee:module="ipc-server-2.16.00.jar",service=EjbModule
State: NOTYETINSTALLED
Depends On Me:
    jboss.web.deployment:war=ipc-client-2.16.00.war,id=-1181707877

Can somebody tell me what is the problem? What can I adjust?
