You can see both native and cxf modules on AS71 because Native is still used for serving jaxrpc features when cxf is installed.
You can install jbossws-native for jaxws functionalities too (instead of jbossws-cxf) by downloading the latest jbossws-native release from  http://www.jboss.org/jbossws/downloads http://www.jboss.org/jbossws/downloads and installing, but consider that JBossWS-Native is EOLed.
