Yes, that is possible. The jBPM Web and Eclipse tooling also promotes great round-tripping support so that you can easily have your business analysts that model the rules and process using the web-tooling with guided rule editors and visual process designers communicate with the development team that are using the jBPM Eclipse tooling and are doing testing/debugging etc.
