Hello,

I faced the same problem and realized that this happens when the container EAR project doesn't have it's own application.xml file.
Note that when you create a new EAR project in Eclipse the default setting for application.xml file is off, therefore you need to pay attention and turn that flag on.

Recreating the EAR project with its specific application.xml solved the problem.
