[jbosscache-dev] Anycast: JBCACHE-813 & JGRP-338

OK. I'm done with my change for anycast, but the unit test is not yet 
working> Let's have a chat on Monday to discuss how to use this from 
JBossCache (1 simple change).
I would also like to wait for Ericsson's feedback after we submit the 
new JARs to them.
