The new documentation is under docs/JBossCache-UserGuide, you need to make the changes there otherwise, they won't show up. The main build calls here.

Same thing happened to me. I was not curious enough to invesigate why it
happens since I figured out that I can build separate parts of doco by
going in respective directories directly and invoke a build there.
