[jbosscache-dev] cacheloader migration examples

Hi,

Finally got around to fixing the examples in cache loader migration and 
they're now working like a treat :). Thanks to Jason for helping me with 
a minor maven issue.

I'll now upload a snapshot of cache loader migration jar 2.1 to the 
maven repo. Do I need to upload a zip file distro too?
