This is why subversion commit tab is "missing" commits.

This means references to JBIDE or other jiras via the full URL (i.e. https://jira.jboss.org/browse/ORG-742) won't work but ORG-742 will.

Until that issue is fixed please use the short form (i.e. ORG-742) instead of or in addition to the long form (https://jira.jboss.org/browse/ORG-742)
