[jbosstools-dev] New and noteworthy page for JBT 3.2.0.Beta1

Hi,

we need to prepare N&N Page for JBT 3.2.0.Beta1. I've created jira for that https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7124 to track progress and created task for each subcomponent (the subtasks are clones so some might still point to M2 jira searches). I've assigned created issues to components lead or developers who actually fixed issue with N&N label.

Feel free to add/remove issues that needs to be mentioned in N&N document.

I'm going to take care about index page today and fix list of components.

Let me know if you have any questions about N&N page structure.
