[jbosstools-dev] *very* long delay when building with mvn..

fyi: while preparing for my tycho talk at eclipse con I found out that this bug been in tycho since 0.11 (according to SAP Tycho guy) and is fixed in 0.14 (which i've verified)

But for some reason I didn't see it show up before using 0.13…
