[jbosstools-dev] *very* long delay when building with mvn..

It happened right after switching from 0.10.0 to 0.12.0, we didn't fix 
fix any issues by that, but build time increased twice. The only good 
thing was changing groupId from sonatype to eclipse one and that lets us 
easy pick up new versions.
