[jbosstools-dev] Local Tycho build doesn't work

I can download the file fine too.

Any chance its on your side the network is having issues?

It can also be jboss.org having temporary problems.

Does the problem persist today ?

p.s. this is one of the reasons to setup a p2 repository mirror in your .settings.xml to avoid 
this problem…(and gain a new one in case your mirror is not kept uptodate ;)
