[jbosstools-dev] Local Tycho build doesn't work

Problem persists during this day on my home network. Since it is 
ADSL+Wi-Fi, of course, it may have issues.
I'll try few later today to build using tycho again (will try to use 
ADSL+Ethernet connection as well).

But for previous version of TP it was working perfect.

Is there a wiki on how to setup a p2 repo mirror?
