[jbosstools-dev] Update site for JBoss SOA Tools

Note, I assume its for Juno/jbt 4 you are looking?

For now there is no sanitized version of the SOA tools for Juno/Jbt 4 that is worth spending much qe time on IMO. It's all work in progress, you can use the projects various sub components individual sites as nick points to but it's not guaranteed to work since their dependencies aren't aligned.
