[jbosstools-dev] Parent pom: local.target, jenkins.target and local.* profiles to disappear

This was applied: jenkins.target, local.target, local.site and
local.composite don't exist any longer.
If I missed some remaining instance of jenkins.target on Jenkins, they
can be replaced by unified.target.
