[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Central Target Platform release: 4.31.0.CR1-SNAPSHOT updated (was Target Platform releases: 4.30.6.CR1 and 4.31.1.CR1)

Along with the updated JBT and JBDS TPs mentioned below, the JBoss 
Central TP has also been updated to add m2e-wro4j and update the version 
of GPE:

Central Discovery:

The latest nightly discovery site is already pointing at this CR1 site:

To use this site, launch Eclipse or JBDS with these vmargs (commandline 
or added to eclipse.ini / jbdevstudio.ini):
