[jbosstools-dev] REVIEW REQUIRED: Can I remove the "local-site" aggregate site build config?

Just so i'm reading this right - this "local-site" under aggregate is
actually a composite just assuming to refer to locally relative child
locations, right?
So yeah, no - I don't use but I can see it be useful but having it under
aggregate seems misleading and it seems like a maintenance nightmare :)
+1 for removing. Can always restore it if comes relevant some day.
