[jbosstools-dev] REVIEW REQUIRED: Can I remove the "local-site" aggregate site build config?

Agreed, it's a composite site definition that can be used to pull all
the content of the various locally checked-out & locally built projects'
update sites into a single site.
Didn't really have a better place to put it than the
"jbosstools-build-sites" project, so it went here.
As Denis has said he's the only person who used to use this, and that he
now uses a submodule project [1] to achieve the same thing... I'll
remove this.

See also JBIDE-16220 for more on the submodules idea.
