      A proposal to change the JBTIS target platform is described here:

   Synopsis:

   1. Upate the jbosstools core TP to 4.41.0.Final
   2. Update IS base requirement to Luna SR1a
   3. Update BPMN2 Modeler to pick up feature source bundles and some bug fixes.
