[jbosstools-dev] is install-grinder working ?

The job to look at is 
http://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-install-grinder.install-tests.matrix_master/
It's currently unstable because of various issues, mainly with metacity 
on CI slaves, over and over again. So since it's often failing, the 
error notifications get ignored at the moment,
But anyway, specifically for the change about certification URL you 
linked, install-grinder doesn't follow certification URL links and such 
issues don't prevent Central or installation from working, so even with 
a wrong URL at that locaiton, install succeeds and we get no notification.
