[jbosstools-dev] jbosstools-maven-plugins 0.26.0 is released

If you build is failing to resolve 0.26.0-SNAPSHOT because Nexus
removed it as part of its automated snapshot cleanup policy, you can
use either the released 0.26.0 version or the 0.26.1-SNAPSHOT version.
