Why not include JBoss Rules plugin in JBDS? The jPBM GPD is inlcuded - but Rules users must perform a separate download/install for the Rules GUI editor (Drools 4.0.3 Eclipse Europa 3.3 Workbench - http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/4.0.3.15993.GA/drools-4.0.3-eclipse3.3.zip)
