I'm the one who originally reported this...

Yes indeed this box was unchecked, however it didn't start working until I also checked "other java proposals".

I presume the unchecked state is a problem in the distribution because standard Eclipse patched with jboss tools works with the exact same workspace works fine, and I've never played with these settings before.
