I think it doesn't matter if you are getting 1.0.0 or 1.0.0.CR1.
However, I noticed that you didn't add the required plugins : org.eclipse.equinox.transforms.xslt and  org.eclipse.equinox.transforms.hook (see https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-3161?focusedCommentId=12437977#action_12437977). 
You also have to change config.ini as described in the mentioned comment.

BTW, this jira is related to the JBDS build (org.jboss.tools.equinox.transforms.xslt, org.eclipse.equinox.transforms.xslt and  org.eclipse.equinox.transforms.hook don't need to be included in JBoss Tools/update site).
