Seriously, I just tried it again on 200809230810.  I swear I'm not able to replicate this.

Everything looks exactly the same, but seems to work perfectly for me??

I really hate to do this, but I'm resolving it as 'works for me' for now and going to let QA tell me if I'm insane or not. I installed it twice. The exact same build.
