Thanks for the screenshots, here are some comments:

"Setup annotation generation preference" should just be "Preferred location of Annotations" (and then the combo should say "Fields" not "Annotate Fields")

If the lenght is default set to 255 why do you have to write (255 is the default) in the label ? 

What are the rules for the "optimistic locking" generation ? Do you just add @version for properties named version and of an integer type or do you do more ?
