1) no - originally it opens Hibernate Query Result view;
2) the reason is in different behavior - if I open Error Log view (activate it) - and then execute HQL with error - Error Log view became active - 
in other case - if Error Log view is not active - and I execute HQL with error - Error Log view doesn't actived;
