"Show Non-Visual Tags" doesn't work correctly from Preferences dialog.

1) Open any page (JSP, XHTML)
2) Open "Preferences" dialog
3) Check "Show Non-Visual Tags"
RESULT: Nothing happens
4) Close the page and open again
RESULT: Non-visual tags are shown on the Visual Pane

I think that Non-Visual tags must be shown after 3-rd step as "Show Resource Bundles...", "Show Border...", "Show Selection Bar" do.
