Does MANIFEST.MF in an .esb makes sense ? ( I assume so, but I'm not sure)

Does enabling jst.utility make it possible as inclusion in .ear ? (If it does, does that make sense for .esb ? I assume no, so need to look if we can prevent that in the ui ?)

Maybe look in wtp source code after "jst.utlity" references to see what it entails to be a jst.utility ?
