Filter project examples per site to know the origins of the example

Being able to distinguish if Project Examples are based on supported software or just user/jboss.org contributions would be good.

I suggest we do that by adding a provider and description to the extension point to show in a combo box that can be used for filtering the tree of examples.

By default the combobox would just have [All] and showing all.
