    Description: 
Support CSV input data.

User can follow the wizard pages to create the CSV reader configurations, Those CSV reader configurations can be used to  transform the CSV file to XML DOM by Smooks runtime. 

So the Smooks tools can get the XML DOM trasform from CSV file to show them in the SelectorSelectionDialog  and generate "Selector" string via those XML DOM model.
