In 3.0.1GA this feature isn't canceled. It exsit in 3.0.1GA.
( Many issues was be resolved after 3.0.1GA , so I'm not sure if the issue was exsit in 3.0.1GA)
Steps:
1. Open properties viewer ( from the menu : Windows -> Show View -> Other.. -> Properties)
2. Creat a link line.
3. Select the link line.
