"Open Source File" & "Open Mapping File" - should both be enabled and open source & mapping files respectively.
there is possibility to have several classes maped at the same table - so we can just open first in the list or
show dialog with list to select proper item.
Also all "Open Source File" & "Open Mapping File" functionality required code review...
